Roger Stevens is a musician, author and poet. He lives in England, where he visits schools and festivals performing and running poetry workshops.
He is a National Poetry Day Ambassador, a founding member of the Able Writers scheme and runs the award-winning website www.poetryzone.co.uk for children and teachers, which has just celebrated its 20th anniversary.
He has published around forty books.
His Apes to Zebras– an A to Z of shape poems (Bloomsbury) won the prestigious NSTB award.
